About

Swank Chiropractic Sports Medicine & Wellness Center has been helping the people of Cary, NC & surrounding areas for 33 years. Established by U.S. Army veteran, Dr Timothy Swank in 1990; Swank Chiropractic is currently owned by his daughter, Dr Abbie Swank & her husband, Dr Parker Neill.

Swank Chiropractic helps patients & athletes of all abilities stay in top form. When injuries occur, we facilitate a speedy recovery & get patients back to their activities as fast as possible.

Although our practice has sports medicine in the name, we also routinely treat everyone from infants to active seniors. Our  comprehensive facility provides; on-site Radiology, Physiotherapy, Dry needling, Cupping, Nutrition services, Licensed massage therapy, Myofascial Release (similar to ART), Aquamed dry hydrotherapy, Custom crafted orthotics, FAKTR Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Rehab services & much more.

We offer Triton DTS non-surgical spinal decompression therapy. This FDA cleared device is an effective treatment for sciatica or herniated, bulging discs that eliminates the need for invasive back surgery or addictive drugs. Utilizing a sophisticated computerized motorized traction, this non-surgical modality reduces pressure on spinal nerves from intervertebral discs; which are jelly like cushions in-between vertebrae. By creating a vacuum or "unloading" effect, disc bulges & herniations retract & reduce in size.

You’ll feel confidence choosing Swank Chiropractic! Our excellent reputation based on years of positive reviews from our patients & top local medical professionals. Patients describe our Doctors as; "empathetic, personable, respectful & thorough". Our diverse team is comprised of both male & female doctors working to help you feel welcome & appreciated.  You’re greeted by name & with a smile. Our doctors & staff work hard to stay on-time and focused, as we value your time and schedule.
