You can use sheet masks on eye and lips as long as you are not allergic to any ingredients -for oily skin an oil free moisturizer is appropriate. —if you are outdoors then sunscreen should be renewed every 3-4 hours to all sun exposed areas -I am not sure what type of chines mask you are referring to.
