Can you manage diabetes 2 without medication?
Hello, Type 2 diabetes management is needed to be individualized to each patient. Some people with type 2 diabetes can manage with just sticking to the right diet, getting regular exercise, and maintaining a healthy weight. Others require pills and non-insulin injections, and there are also patients with type 2 diabetes that require insulin. Each patient with type 2 diabetes is unique. At our practice, we customize our management to the individual, considering their lifestyle, desired outcomes, and medical history. We work together to find a system that works, and keep updating our plan until we find the right approach. READ MORE
