Get to know Dentist Dr. Andrea M. Price, who serves patients in Ellensburg, Washington.

Dr. Price is a skilled dentist whose philosophy of care is to provide quality care to all patients and to ease fear and anxiety through communication and education. She has been in practice with Community Health of Central Washington – Ellensburg Dental since October of 2018.

Community Health of Central Washington – Ellensburg Dental provides comprehensive dental care for the entire family. The dedicated staff can provide both preventive and restorative services, general dentistry, as well as complete oral, head, and neck screenings. “Oral care should start at an early age. It is recommended that every child should visit the dentist before his/her first birthday. We want your child to have an enjoyable experience while at the dentist office, with teeth that will last a lifetime” as stated on their website.

A member of the American Dental Association and the Washington State Dental Association, Dr. Price obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor.

With a passion for her profession, she attributes her success to her love of the dental and medical fields, her ability to help patients feel better, as well as her strive to make a difference.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy. 

Outside of practicing dentistry, Dr. Price enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, hiking, ­and cuddling with her two kitties.
