She aids personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, she will move each individual and/or their team or organization in the desired direction to reach their goals.

She offers two levels of coaching support: individual coaching (one on one private and confidential coaching) and group coaching (small setting onsite or via webinar and video technology).

“My coaching involves the ability to understand you: to think how you think, and understand your perspective. From this benchmark, I will place another perspective on top of yours – stretching and growing you to gently see a more empowering way. As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team member, I can see what you are going through now and what is up ahead. Coaching is foreseeing, paving the way, coming alongside you while helping you achieve goals and overcome limiting paradigms” expressed Shelley.

Involved in speaking, workshops, and seminars, she offers customized presentations to fit an individual or team’s needs and budget such as: 10 minute briefing, “Lunch and Learn”, keynote speech for a company sponsored event, half day and full day workshop/seminar, in-house corporate training, executive and personal retreat, as well as partnership summit.

Providing effective team communication and structure that is important for forging relationships, Shelley equips one’s team with the proper attitudes to develop leaders within. She will work through goal setting and communication exercises that will bring cohesiveness to one’s group, ultimately increasing productivity due to the positive influences each member will have on the group as a whole.

In addition, her facilitated groups offer a combination of masterminding, peer brainstorming, education, accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen one’s business and personal skills.

With her creativity and ambition as the guiding forces in business, Shelly has a life-changing gift that inspires others to dream bigger, reach their goals, and repave their life paths. She is an innovator who is leaving a lasting impact on those who follow by impact, especially during times of uncertainty.

Growing up very involved in church life, Shelly has served in many church roles. Her purpose for people became expressive when she found her passion is to bring people from a place of ‘Best’ to ‘Better’ through a precise Identity, Empowerment, and Impact step by step process to see who you are in Christ-“A Hero Within”.
