Get to know Clinical Pastoral Educator Shelly LaVonne, who serves individuals in Apopka, Florida.
A woman of many titles, Shelly is a licensed clinical pastoral counselor, board-certified master mental health coach, certified brain health certified neuro encoding specialist, certified trainer, and coach with multiple organizations. She is also a presenter with well-known companies on key coach topics of spiritual and mental health.
Involved in education and counseling for more than 20 years, Shelley has been serving as the Founder of Rock Faith Network in Apopka, Florida since January of 2016.
Likewise, she is a part of Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, offering individuals workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching. She aids personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, she will move each individual and/or their team or organization in the desired direction to reach their goals.
She offers two levels of coaching support: individual coaching (one on one private and confidential coaching) and group coaching (small setting onsite or via webinar and video technology).

From this benchmark, I will place another perspective on top of yours – stretching and growing you to gently see a more empowering way. Coaching is foreseeing, paving the way, coming alongside you while helping you achieve goals and overcome limiting paradigms” expressed Shelley.
Involved in speaking, workshops, and seminars, she offers customized presentations to fit an individual or team’s needs and budget such as: 10 minute briefing, “Lunch and Learn”, keynote speech for a company sponsored event, half day and full day workshop/seminar, in-house corporate training, executive and personal retreat, as well as partnership summit.
Providing effective team communication and structure that is important for forging relationships, Shelley equips one’s team with the proper attitudes to develop leaders within. She will work through goal setting and communication exercises that will bring cohesiveness to one’s group, ultimately increasing productivity due to the positive influences each member will have on the group as a whole.
In addition, her facilitated groups offer a combination of masterminding, peer brainstorming, education, accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen one’s business and personal skills.
