For the non-invasive diagnosis and staging of lung cancer, the doctor is experienced in bronchoscopy and endobronchial ultrasound. A 2011 graduate of Sidney Kimmel Medical College, Dr. Ranches went on to complete his residency in internal medicine at Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego in 2014 where he served as Chief Resident. This was followed by a fellowship in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine at Oregon Health Sciences University in 2018.
