The doctor’s acclaimed career in medicine began after he earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 2010. He then went on to perform his residency in internal medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, completing his training in 2013.
Holding a license to practice medicine in Texas, Dr. Thurman Jr. is board-certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
