My passion is to help clients find meaning in life and understand life events by searching for awareness and unraveling patterns in their emotions, thoughts, and belief systems, gaining insight into their current self and what led them to be in the present moment. Once we unraveled the thoughts and identified the limiting beliefs, I like to find and implement strategies and techniques that would challenge those beliefs to promote new behaviors that will empower you to live a fulfilling life.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, mostly related to family dynamics, medical conditions, and life transitions. My preferred therapy modalities are Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to utilize a therapy technique that will best fit your personality and help you accomplish your goals.
