As a Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with over three decades of experience in obstetrics, gynecology, and women’s health, Eve leads a practice that embodies the belief that each woman’s health journey is shaped by her history, family, and the positive impact she makes in the world.

Women Wise Holistic Healthcare and Wellness offers a diverse range of services including  comprehensive care for menopause, PMS,  menstrual cycle issues, holistic, integrative, adolescent and adult gynecology, well-woman exams, lifestyle and nutritional counseling, sexual health education, and contraceptive care. The practice is dedicated to creating an inclusive and diverse community where women uplift, inspire, and empower one another.

At Women Wise, the mission is clear: to forge mutually satisfying partnerships with patients within a nurturing environment that enhances women’s lives by promoting optimal physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Eve believes that by delivering on her promise of thorough, compassionate, evidence-based care, women can achieve their best selves and lead healthier, happier, and more fulfilling personal and professional lives. 

Eve’s journey into medicine began with her education at The University of Pennsylvania 35 years ago, where she earned a Master of Science in Nursing. Her vision of a collaborative women’s health practice was sparked by her own experiences as a healthcare professional and the needs expressed by her patients. As a pioneer in the field, Eve was one of the first Nurse Practitioners in the country to perform colposcopy for evaluating abnormal pap smears, trained under renowned Gynecologic Oncologist Thomas V. Sedlacek. Her extensive background includes work in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, infertility, and reproductive endocrinology, as well as an additional eighteen years dedicated to college and teen health.

Frustrated by the traditional, volume-driven healthcare model, Eve established Women Wise to offer a highly personalized patient-centered approach that prioritizes the quality of the experience over quantity. She has curated a team that shares her values and vision, ensuring that every woman who walks through the doors of Women Wise receives personalized and attentive care.

Eve is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the North American Menopause Society, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses, Sigma Theta Tau, and the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health. Her professional affiliations reflect her commitment to staying at the forefront of women’s health care.

In addition to her professional achievements, Eve is deeply committed to environmental sustainability. Growing up in Colorado, she developed a strong sense of responsibility toward the environment, which is reflected in the design of her practice. The space incorporates upcycled, repurposed, and recycled items, aligning with her values of reducing carbon footprints and promoting eco-consciousness.

Women Wise Holistic Healthcare and Wellness is more than a healthcare practice; it is a sanctuary where women are nurtured, listened to, and empowered to take charge of their health and wellness journeys. The practice sponsors educational activities, seminars, and spiritually focused women’s empowerment life coaching, fostering a supportive community for all patients. Believing that giving back to the community is both healing and fulfilling, Women Wise Holistic Healthcare and Wellness donates to various women’s charities, inviting patients to help select the recipients.

In recognition of her dedication and excellence in women’s health, Eve was named Best Nurse Practitioner in Medicine by Pennsylvania Magazine for 2024. This accolade is a testament to her passion, genuine concern for her patients, and her unwavering commitment to delivering highly personalized care. Through her focus on empowering women in both their health and life journeys, Eve has achieved transformative, meaningful outcomes that have made a lasting impact.

Outside of her professional life, Eve enjoys a variety of hobbies including teaching, writing, performing music, and attending live concerts. She also loves walking, hiking, camping, and gardening, and is deeply involved in animal rescue. Passionate about women’s empowerment, Eve participates in seminars and mentors inspiring young women. She stays current in her field through professional publications like the Journals of  the American College of OB/GYN (ACOG), Journal of Integrative and Complementary Medicine, Journals of National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Reproductive Health and American Association of Nurse Practitioners (JAANP.)
