Rose Williams DMSc, PA-C is a family practitioner practicing in Mount Holly, NC at Riverbend Family Practice. Having obtained an undergraduate bachelors degree in Medical Technology, Williams then soon entered into Physician Assistant school in 1993 at Western Michigan University. After obtaining Presidential honors of passing the Medical boards 1995-1996, Williams moved from the mid-west state of Ohio, to Charlotte area of North Carolina. Williams believes in a strong education platform with continued education and graduated from Lynchburg University with a terminal Doctoral degree of Doctor of Medical Science January 2021. Dr. Williams specializes in comprehensive health care for people of all ages. In addition to diagnosing and treating illnesses, as a family practitioner, she also emphasizes preventative care with routine checkups, tests and a personalized coaching on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Of particular interest, is her utiliziation of knowledge obtained through an Atrium sponsored Clinical Aromatherapy course series. PA Williams focuses on the Mind Body and Spirit triad , and stresses the importance of it's balance .

Are creatine supplements safe?
According to the latest UptoDate literature, "Although some have claimed that creatine can adversely affect kidney function, limited published evidence and wide experience with this supplement suggest that this is not true in patients with normal baseline renal function. The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends it be used only by physically mature, well-developed athletes. For this reason, it is not recommended for adolescent athletes. Of note, creatine is sold in a number of different forms other than the recommended creatine monohydrate supplement. These formulations include ethyl ester, nitrate, and phosphate, and are usually more expensive, may contain impurities, and may have no added ergogenic benefit." READ MORE
Why does my arm hurt for so long?
Would need to know location of pain on arm. If at the elbow, may be suggestive of "tennis elbow " or epicondylitis. This pain is typical for servers or waiters due to constant and repetitive rotations of lower arm while carrying trays. READ MORE
