Get to know Emergency Physician Dr. Matthew Bludorn, who serves patients throughout the State of Texas.

Dr. Bludorn is an emergency physician with Emergency Service Partners, L.P. in Bryan/College Station, Texas. He is also the Medical Director of US Acute Care Solutions.

Since 2018, he has been serving as an Associate Clinical Professor of Emergency Medicine at Texas A&M University.

Throughout his academic career, Dr. Bludorn graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion & Education + Pre-Med from the University of Utah in 2007. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine at Seton Hill in 2013.

Furthering his training, he performed his residency in emergency medicine at Jacobi Medical Center from 2013 until 2017. 

As a testament to his success, the doctor is board-certified in emergency medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM). The AOBEM is an organization that provides board certification to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine who specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of acutely ill patients with advanced cardiac life support, trauma, and the management of other life-threatening medical issues (emergency physicians).

Holding membership status, Dr. Bludorn is an active member of the American College of Emergency Physicians, the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians, the American Academy of Emergency Medicine, and the American Osteopathic Association.

Emergency medicine, also known as accident and emergency medicine, is the medical specialty concerned with the care of illnesses or injuries requiring immediate medical attention. An emergency physician works in an emergency department to care for acutely ill or injured patients on an unscheduled basis.
