How should I sleep after abdominal surgery?
It depends on what kind of surgery you have received. In general, after abdominal surgery, there are no special recommended sleep positions; you can sleep in any position, on your back, belly, or side. Most important is you have to exercise caution when you are getting up from laying down position, you have to roll to your side and then sit up using your upper extremity and side muscles.
