Dr. Erin Oksol is a licensed clinical psychologist in Reno, NV with over 20 years and 18,000+ clininical hours of experience helping people heal and transform. She specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches for mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, and trauma. She enjoys working with adults and couples, using a holistic approach to her work, combining science, psychology, and spirituality. She is an elite expert in the neuroscience of happiness and change.
Specializing in brief therapy, Dr. Erin will help you reach your goals as fast as possible. Her unique gift is being able to connect the dots, getting you from where you are to where you want to be, with as much ease as possible.

In addition to therapy, she offers a full spectrum of Neuropsychological Testing (i.e., psychological assessment) for children, adolescents, and adults. This is the process of gaining information about an individual’s pattern of behaviors and thinking. The results are used to guide diagnosis, treatment and recommendations.
