My background includes conducting thorough health assessments, developing effective treatment plans, and educating patients on managing their mental health conditions.

I hold certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am passionate about using my skills to support patients through acute and chronic conditions. My goal is to help you better understand your mental health, guide you on your journey to wellness, and be there for you every step of the way.

I believe a patient-centered approach makes you an active participant in your mental health care. My goal is not to treat your mental health conditions in isolation. You and I will evaluate what life stressors may be causing or making your mental health diagnosis worse, and I will tailor a treatment plan to your unique set of physical, emotional, and social needs.  I treat my patients with dignity and respect and actively involve them in all decisions about their health.
