My background includes conducting thorough health assessments, developing effective treatment plans, and educating patients on managing their mental health conditions.

I hold certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am passionate about using my skills to support patients through acute and chronic conditions. I believe a patient-centered approach makes you an active participant in your mental health care. My goal is not to treat your mental health conditions in isolation. You and I will evaluate what life stressors may be causing or making your mental health diagnosis worse, and I will tailor a treatment plan to your unique set of physical, emotional, and social needs.  I treat my patients with dignity and respect and actively involve them in all decisions about their health.
