Get to know Nephrologist Dr. Khaled Boubes, who serves patients in Columbus, Ohio.

An experienced nephrologist, Dr. Boubes is in practice with Outpatient Care Upper Arlington in Columbus, Ohio. Treating conditions such as kidney stones, chronic kidney disease, acute renal failure, polycystic kidney disease, high blood pressure and more, he is also an expert on kidney transplantation and dialysis.

Regarding his educational background, Dr. Boubes earned his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine at Damascus University in Syria. After relocating to the United States, he went on to complete residency in internal medicine at the University of Buffalo and his fellowship in nephrology at the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University.

Dedicated to clinical excellence, he is board-certified in nephrology and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.

Attaining fellowship status, Dr. Boubes is a Fellow of the American Society of Nephrology (FASN) and a Fellow of the American Society Diagnostic and Interventional Nephrology (FASDIN).
