With a strong commitment to dental excellence and a passion for improving the oral health of patients of all ages, Dr. Tushin Shah is a leading practitioner at Ascent Dental Care. He sees patients out of their offices in Longmeadow, Massachusetts. Additionally, he has a private practice in Connecticut. 

“My mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of children, adolescents, adults and elderly by offering the highest quality care in a comfortable and friendly environment while utilizing cutting edge technology and individualized treatment plan. I will work to ensure patients play an important role in their own care, understand their treatment plans and focus on disease prevention, so we can work together to spread healthy smiles” expressed Dr. Shah.

His impressive educational background includes graduating from the prestigious Bharati Vidyapeeth University Dental College and Hospital in Pune, India. He furthered his training in the United States by completing a 3-year advanced placement program at the New York University College of Dentistry with honors, with a focus on Implant Dentistry and Public Health Policies.

Committed to staying at the forefront of dental advancements, Dr. Shah maintains active memberships in several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, Advanced General Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the Valley Dental Society, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. His dedication to continuing education has earned him recognition as a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontists and a Qualified Dentist status by the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. 

Dr. Shah’s expertise extends to the field of sleep apnea treatment, where he stands out as one of the 5 dentists in western Massachusetts qualified to provide custom sleep apnea appliances meeting AADSM standards.

Outside of practicing dentistry, he enjoys playing tennis, skiing, traveling, and exploring different cuisines. He also has a love for football, basketball, and cricket, which highlights his well-rounded interests and active lifestyle.
