Throughout her academic career, she graduated cum laude with her Bachelors of Science degree in Pharmacy from the Long Island University, Arnold and Marie Schwartz College in 1999. Similarly, she graduated cum laude with her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003. Later, she completed her residency in family medicine at Advent Health East Orlando.
