Are you struggling with mental health issues? Do you need a provider who will be there for you from start to finish? At A New You Psychiatry & Wellness clinic, I am Eunice Kanu, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, and I am dedicated to providing holistic, evidence-based care with compassion, ensuring that your individual goals are met. I am here to support teens, young adults, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, insomnia, and mood and stress-related disorders. I also offer psychotherapy treatments such as talk therapy, supportive therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am licensed in Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico. Together, we will delve into your challenges to better understand how to help you achieve your goals, treating you with compassion, dignity, and respect. I strive to actively listen to you, give you time to respond, and reassure you that I am with you throughout this journey.
I believe that every patient is unique and individualized in his/her own way. My approach to treatment is rooted in empathetic, comprehensive evaluation and holistic care. My goal is to assist and to guide you on a transformative journey towards a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.
