Get to know Obstetrician-Gynecologist Dr. Jaclyn M. Ferro, who serves patients in Miami, Florida.

A devoted obstetrician-gynecologist, Dr. Ferro is the Medical Director of VIEVE Women’s Wellness. She strives to redefine women’s wellness by integrating revolutionary & concierge medicine.

VIEVE Women’s Wellness is devoted to offering a full range of gynecologic, obstetric, surgical and cosmetic services for all women in South Florida. Their team is committed to providing the highest quality of care to each patient, focusing on the physical, emotional & mental health.

The doctor’s acclaimed career in medicine began after she earned her medical degree from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine. She followed up by completing a residency in obstetrics & gynecology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where she was Administrative Chief Resident.

Subsequent to her education, the doctor attained board certification in obstetrics & gynecology through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). The mission of the ABOG is to define specialty standards, certify obstetricians and gynecologists, and facilitate continuous learning to advance knowledge, practice, and professionalism in women’s health.

Holding a license to practice medicine in Florida, Dr. Ferro is affiliated with Baptist Hospital of Miami and Mercy Hospital Miami.

Obstetrics and gynecology (OB-GYN) is the medical specialty that encompasses the two subspecialties of obstetrics (covering pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period) and gynecology (covering the health of the female reproductive system – vagina, uterus, ovaries, and breasts). 

On a more personal note, Dr. Ferro is fluent in both English and Spanish.
