2880 Zanker Rd San Jose CA, 95134About
Welcome to my profile! I'm Cynthia Yu, a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of experience, proudly holding board certification from the ANCC. My educational journey led me to earn a Master of Science in Nursing from San Jose State University.
My passion lies in serving the underserved and advocating for comprehensive mental health and women's health care for all. I firmly believe that quality health services should be accessible to everyone, as we all navigate the natural highs and lows of life.
Together, we'll collaborate to tailor solutions that align with your unique treatment goals. Remember, it's completely normal to experience a range of emotions. Embracing our feelings is part of being human.
TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY:
I believe that each individual is unique and deserves to be treated as such. My goal is to support you in taking the time to truly understand yourself, your strengths and challenges so that you can make informed decisions about the direction of your life. I’m not interested in throwing a bunch of pills at you and calling it a day, but I want to help you understand what’s going on with your body and mind so that we can come up with some strategies that work for you. I want to help my patients find a way of being in a world based on self-compassion and kindness.
