In regards to her educational background, Alyssa graduated with her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2013, and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2015. She then went on to perform her fellowship at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
