He is a native-born Washingtonian of Nigerian and Filipino descent. Outside of work, he is an avid sports enthusiast, and also enjoys traveling and other leisurely activities with family/friends. Prior to returning to the DMV area, he worked for a private practice in Rhode Island and locum tenens for Detroit Medical Center.
