Steven Lin
Dentist
38 Meserole St Brooklyn NY, 11206About
Dr. Steven Lin discovered his passion for dental medicine as the perfect intersection of science, art, and humanism. He received his undergraduate degrees from both the University of North Carolina and the National University of Singapore, and his doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania. With a love for working with others, Dr. Lin furthered his clinical skills by providing care to remote communities in rural Alaska for several years to fulfill his duty of becoming a most responsible and educated general practitioner. Among others, Dr. Lin enjoys regularly attending workshops to deliver outstanding cosmetics, implant dentistry, root canal treatments, advanced restorative procedures, and orthodontics.
In addition to being a bilingual Chinese speaker, Dr. Lin achieved his professional fluency in Japanese over more than a decade of serious language study. As an amateur historian, he had the opportunity to advance his language proficiency through several State Department scholarships to attend Doshisha University in Kyoto, and conducted thesis research in early 20th century Japanese science. As a clinician, he continues to monitor new dental technologies and treatment modalities arising from Japan.
Dr. Lin’s interests include competitive skiing, wilderness backpacking, philanthropy for culture and the arts, broadening his language capacities, and mentoring his younger siblings.
