About

Early life experiences have profound effects on our lives and how we experience the world around us.  It effects our sense of safety, how we learn, our level of emotional regulation, and even impacts the relationships we are able to form throughout our lifespan.

 I specialize in the treatment of early developmental trauma and attachment issues for children and adults, including foster and adoptive individuals and families. I am trained in TBRI (Trust Based Relational Intervention) which is an intensive and effective, therapeutic approach to parenting and family relationships that is based on the neurobiological changes resulting from trauma.

I am also trained in LifeSpan Integration, which addresses trauma from all life stages and works gently and empathically to offer healing without re-traumatizing the individual.

I use neurofeedback, HeartMath, and the Safe and Sound Protocol which are therapeutic modalities that work together to calm the brain, quiet the central nervous system, increase social engagement and emotional regulation, and improve over-all social, emotional and executive functioning.
