Tina Lynn Tomlinson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with her Private Practice. Within her private practice, she focuses on therapy for Trauma, Acute Stress, PTSD, combat vets, Anxiety, Depression & Grief, and sexual abuse in a confidential setting.

Tina received her certification as a Licensed Social Worker in 2005, giving her over a decade of experience in her field. She graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Austin Peay State University in 2008. After obtaining her degree she worked as a hospice social worker for 8 years. Furthering her education she graduated with her Masters Degree in Social Work from Western Kentucky University in 2011 and went on to become certified as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2013.

She has gained clinical experience from working in a community mental health center, with our nation’s veterans at the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, and with clients in private practice.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker or LCSW, is a sub-sector within the field of Social Work. LCSW’s work with clients in order to help deal with issues involving mental and emotional health. There are a wide variety of specializations the Licensed Clinical Social Worker can focus on.
