For arthritis I recommend paraffin wax dips for the hand, fingers feet and toes. Or bushed on for the back, elbows, knees and where you can't submerge into a bag full of wax. - Jessica\'s grandfather was a war veteran and had lost some toes in the war. When she was a child she would rub his feet to ease his pain and he told her she was successful in helping him feel better.Jess works with veterans and is also a and Level I Teacher for Kayaking. She teaches war veterans, including those that are disabled, how to kayak as a form of therapy and exercise. Jessica has been awarded several awards from the military.
