Do the effects of a deep tissue massage last longer?
Very good question! I don't believe so. The effects of a massage are very individual, I could do the same massage on 3 people and all of you have a different perspective. Do what feels good to you. To my knowledge there have not been any studies noting the difference in DT V.S. a lighter pressure and the effects as far as how long the relieve lasts. I would opt for a firm to deep massage more often then a deeper massage less often. READ MORE
