Pediatrician
3604 Central Ave. Suite D Hot Springs AR, 71913About
Dr. Jeremy Porter lives in Hot Springs, Arkansas, with his lovely wife and nine amazing kids, whose ages range from 2 to 16 years. He has enjoyed serving the pediatric population of Hot Springs since 2015. Prior to moving to Arkansas, Dr. Porter served our country as a physician in the United States Air Force. He and his family lived on Florida’s East Coast at Patrick Air Force Base, where the kids called him "Doc," and servicemen and women called him “Captain.”
Dr. Porter graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lubbock Christian University, and received his medical degree from UT Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. He completed residency training in Pediatrics through FSU at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida, before receiving his commission as a military officer.
Dr. Porter loves children, and he loves helping families to be happy and healthy. He states that the secret of his success is that he is “One part Dad, One part Doctor, Two parts Medical Genius, and Three parts Big Goofball. That’s a lot of parts!” Dr. Porter is a pediatrician who sees kids from cradle to college, for everything that kids come up with. He is intrigued by new challenges, and is often heard saying, “Bring it on!” and “Go big or go home.” He loves to tackle problems and to help families work through common difficulties with exceptional children. In fact, slicing through red tape and busting open mental boxes are common occurrences in his clinics. His specialty, and his passion, is helping families grow happy, healthy kids.
