Dr. Collins-Baine is affiliated with hospitals in the local area, including Stamford Hospital, Norwalk Hospital and Greenwich Hospital, where she serves as both advocate and adviser, and communicates regularly with those involved in her patients’ care. 

Prior to launching Darien Signature Health, Dr. Collins-Baine was a primary care provider at the Internal Associates of Darien and Stamford Health Medical Group. She received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Vanderbilt University in 1990, post-baccalaureate degree in pre-medicine from Columbia University in 1994, and medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 1998. This was followed by an internship at Hahnemann University Hospital in 1999 and a residency at Stamford Hospital in 2000, where she served as chief medical resident during her final year.  

Dr. Collins-Baine is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world. Internal medicine is the medical specialty dealing with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases.
