Dr Arslan was born in Turkey and has graduated from Odessa State Medical University, Ukraine, in 2000. Afterwards he decided to specialize in Treatment of baldness and Hair Transplantation. He became a Trainer and lecturer at D.I.U University Claude Bernard in Lyon, France.
