Well, I am not sure how a chiropractor is trained in issuing exercises to treat/correct postural deviations, but a physical therapist is specifically trained in this area and will evaluate you, check your strengths/weaknesses, and issue you your own personal home exercise program. They should also follow you up on it making sure you are doing it correctly and making some headway with the posture that you are trying to achieve.
