- Her parents, they encouraged her to reach for the stars and be the very best she can be. Cecelia is highly motivated and has had a strong interest in science and health care for a long time. She lived in Romania and saw what the healthcare system was like there and how people needed better medical attention. She wanted to learn medicine in the United States and be able to go back to Romania and help people improve their health there. She\'s excited and enthusiastic about being a Physician Assistant.
