About
Kelly Neilson practices telehealth nutrition counseling for eating disorders and disordered eating based in Gardendale, AL. Having a telehealth practice allows Ms. Neilson to see clients virtually all over the U.S. and all over the world. Ms. Neilson has received an education on and advises people on matters of healing their relationship with food, their body, and with exercise. Ms. Neilson is an anti-diet dietitian, meaning that she recognizes the damage caused by dieting and does not advise individuals on weight loss. Instead, Ms. Neilson teaches people how to respect their body and nurture their body by giving it the proper balance of nourishment and pleasure in eating. Ms. Neilson has an "all foods fit" philosophy and will teach you how to eat the foods you love without guilt or shame.

Is it okay to have only fruits for breakfast?
Yes, it is okay, but it won't keep you full for very long. It will probably make you hungry very shortly or increase your cravings in the afternoon or evening.
