    Hi,        Thank you for reaching out. Massage can help treat soreness/tightness associated with scoliosis (as can chiropractic care and the PT routines we would set up for you) but it won't permanently improve/reduce the curvature of the spine. Conservative care can reduce the functional aspect of the curve (not the structural part which would be the actual shapes of the bones).     Hi,        It is highly unlikely. Unless youre experiencing progressive neuro symptoms it's a good idea to exhaust as many conservative care paths as possible before resorting to surgery.
