    Hi,        Thanks for reaching out! Lower back pain can come from a lot of things - quick examples (but not limited to these): tight hips and lower extremities OR disc issues. I would recommend a deep tissue and sports massage. We really wouldnt know until were able to assess your pain.     Hi,        It is highly unlikely. Unless youre experiencing progressive neuro symptoms it's a good idea to exhaust as many conservative care paths as possible before resorting to surgery.
