Dr. Malgorzata Kaluza is a family practitioner practicing in Saint Augustine Fl. She is a board certified in family practice with close to 20 years experience. After completing her internship and residency program at University of Florida Health Science Center, Jacksonville, she joined one of the systems clinic for 5 years in capacity of Assistant Clinical Professor. In 2005, she funded Southlake Family Practice where she provided full range of primary care as a solo practitioner. In 2020 she opened Southlake Direct Primary Care.
Dr. Kaluza specializes in comprehensive health care for people of all ages. In addition to diagnosing and treating illnesses, family practitioners also put focus on preventative care with routine checkups, tests and personalized coaching on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
