Generally, patients express that they feel a lot more relaxed and calm - some people even fall asleep during or after their sessions. You could, and if done properly, it isn't dangerous. However, most acupuncturists won't necessarily recommend this. 2-3 times a week is the average. Once the symptoms start getting better, you can start reducing that number to once a week -> once every two weeks and so on. READ MORE
