Jill O'Flaherty McDonald, PT, DPT is a physical therapist practicing at Burke Rehabilitation Outpatient Clinic in Somers, NY. Jill specializes in pediatric and adult scoliosis management and spine care.  She is part of an elite group of Schroth- BSPTS C2 Certified therapists in the Northern Westchester area.  Schroth therapy utilizes specific breathing and muscle activation exercises performed throughout the developmental sequence to help re shape the torso to improve posture, vital capacity, cardiopulmonary issues and reduce pain related to scoliosis.  Jill is also a certified Pilates instructor and is an expert on training patients on how to properly build core strength and scapular and pelvic stability to enhance functional activities.
