A seasoned facial plastic & reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Huddleston IV holds the highest standards in patient care and safety at his private practice in Kingsport, Tennessee. In his clinical role, he specializes in surgical and non-surgical facial procedures, including eye lifts, facelifts, upper eye lifts, facial fillers such as, Restylane & Juvederm.  Dysport & Botox are injected for frown lines & crows feets areas. In addition to the face, his surgical practice also provides body sculpting procedures such as liposuction, body sculpting, breast augmentation, breast reductions,breast treatments, tummy tuck, and body lift. As a skilled plastic surgeon, he also creates individual mommy makeover plans that address each patient’s individual needs and beauty concerns.

Academically, Dr. Huddleston IV began his journey into plastic surgery by obtaining a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. His next step was attending and graduating from medical school at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis. After that, he headed out of the state, traveling to Ohio, where he completed his residency in plastic surgery at the Case Western Reserve University Affiliated Hospital in Cleveland.

Recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), he is board-certified in plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). The mission of the ABPS is to promote safe, ethical, efficacious plastic surgery to the public by maintaining high standards for the education, examination, certification, and continuous certification of plastic surgeons as specialists and subspecialists.

Understanding the importance of maintaining professional certification, Dr. Huddleston IV currently holds membership in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Tennessee American Medical Association, and the Sullivan County Medical Society. He also maintains active staff privileges in plastic surgery at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center, Indian Path Medical Center, and Kingsport Day Surgery Center.

Continually staying up-to-date with the current trends and education associated with the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery in Tennessee, he teaches at the Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee State University (ETSU) as a Clinical Professor of Surgery. He desires to share his knowledge and expertise with upcoming surgeons so that the residents of East Tennessee will always have excellent medical care in their hometown.

A plastic surgeon’s primary responsibility is performing surgical and non-surgical procedures, and they use a variety of reparative and reconstructive techniques to get the job done.

On a more personal note, Dr. Huddleston IV grew up in Johnson City, Tennessee, and knew all along that he wanted to return to his roots to begin his medical practice. Along with his wife and three children, he settled in East Tennessee, and for over 22 years, he has maintained a successful practice in Kingsport where he helps his patients boost their self-esteem and gain a different outlook on life.
