Dose: 1-2 tabs could be taken every 4-6 hrs and make sure not to exceed 10 tabs per 24 hrs. If you need to take Aleve with it. Make sure to stagger it 2 hrs. Dose: 1 tab every 8-12 hrs. Should be taken with food to prevent GI upset. If you have advanced renal issues, should avoid the combination since it has a synergetic effect on the kidney and it’s not advised for long-term use. Aleve should be used with caution in elderly and people with cardiovascular disease or risk. Also, with people with gastrointestinal tract bleeding or coagulation disorder. Hope your fever goes away.
