How can I relax my eyes from stress?
It’s best to give your eyes a break especially if you spend considerable time reading or on computer. If your eyes get tired easily and you experience headaches, blurred vision, or double vision, you may be having difficulty in using your two eyes together as a team. This could be a problem with your binocular vision system. This can be helped with Vision Therapy. Vision Therapy is done in certain Optometry offices. This is a specialty service. READ MORE

Can you correct your vision without surgery?
Yes. There is a special type of custom-made contact lens called Ortho-Keratology that will eliminate the need for eyeglasses or contact lenses.
