Academically, Iana graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from the New York College of Health Professions. She then went on to earn her Master of Acupuncture degree from the same educational venue in 2005
Licensed by the Maryland Board of Acupuncture, she is certified in micro-needling acupuncture (cosmetic acupuncture). She is also a member of the Maryland Acupuncture Society, the American Society of Acupuncturists, and the Harford Chamber County of Commerce.
