How does a chiropractor adjust your pelvis?
Thank you for your question. There are many ways in which a chiropractor can adjust a pelvis. I use the Webster technique. This technique focuses on the neuro-biomechanical function of the pelvis. The adjustment is done by using leg-length checks, palpation/release of the pelvis muscles, and creating movement (adjusting) aspects of the sacroiliac joints and low back. A chiropractor can also adjust the pubic symphysis. The Webster technique is only one way to evaluate the pelvis. READ MORE
Can chiropractic help elbow tendonitis?
Absolutely. A chiropractor can evaluate the movement of your shoulder, elbow, and wrist. A chiropractor can adjust and mobilize all of these joints. This is important in helping the elbow move and heal properly. I sometimes use kinesiology tape to provide additional support after an adjustment to support the tendons around the elbow. READ MORE
