    Hello. I am really sorry to hear that. This may indicate a possible recurrence of the anal fissure or incomplete healing following the fissurectomy. It is important to avoid constipation and staining. Taking a stool softener may be necessary. Also doing sitz bath helps reduce the pain, in addition to the nifedipine cream.
