Anna Parlin

Anna W Parlin, MD, MPH, is a board-certified ophthalmologist practicing in Honolulu, HI. She specializes in the medical and surgical diseases of the retina and vitreous. She is a graduate of University of North Carolina School of Medicine at Chapel Hill where she completed both her medical and public health degrees. She completed an internship in internal medicine at Tulane Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Parlin then completed her ophthalmology residency at University of Kansas Medical Center where she served as chief resident. After residency she completed a vitreoretinal surgical fellowship at Louisiana State University. Dr Parlin is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Retina Specialists, Women in Ophthalmology, and Women in Retina. Her research interests include diabetic retinopathy and age related macular degeneration.

Dr. Parlin can diagnose and treat diseases, perform eye operations such as retinal detachment repair, macular hole and epiretinal membrane repair.
