    I guess I don’t know what a three day fast is. My concern is that it is for 3 days and not just 1. Other concerns are fluid intake? Also the purpose of a three day fast is what?     Thank you for reaching out! I had sufferred from something similar as a child. It sounds like it stems from anxiety. But I also wonder if there is ADHD. Talk to your doctor, Sounds like you are on a good medication. What also helped is someone rubbing your feet with lotion and soaking it in clean warm water.     I think at age 5, it might be separation anxiety. This will take time. If it’s truely social anxiety then he will feel the same way when he is with you at the mall.
