About

Dr. Fuga has always had a natural love for the health sciences and desire to help others. She graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Substance Abuse Education & Prevention. She spent much of her time there playing club lacrosse and powerlifting as well as volunteering with Global Medical Brigades and other organizations. She then moved to Port Orange, Florida to receive her professional degree as a board-certified Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic.

During her schooling, she was an officer for the PCCF Passive Care Club. She later completed the FAKTR Rehab course and certification in order to ensure she was capable of the best care for all of her patients. She had also completed elective courses covering Activator, Flexion Distraction, and the McKenzie Technique for back & neck pain. Her advocacy for the profession made it an easy choice to also become an active member of the World Congress of Chiropractic Students which helps to unite the global chiropractic profession.

Dr. Fuga believes in the importance of better function for injury prevention and guiding others to become empowered in their journey towards better health. She is thrilled to continue helping patients to feel their best at Mi Spine in Dearborn Heights!
