Dr. Alissa Dimos earned her B.A. in biology from Saint Anselm College and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University College of Chiropractic, earning cum laude distinction. She was also the recipient of the Life University’s Learning Theory/Critical Thinking core proficiency as elected by the faculty at the University.
Dr. Dimos has been practicing since 2010 and is highly regarded in the greater Manchester area as a leading Chiropractor working with a wide range of conditions and patients. She has been named as one of the states "Top Chiropractors" by New Hampshire Magazine in both 2014 as well as 2015.
She has completed hundreds of hours of specialty training pertaining to prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric chiropractic care and is certified in Pediatrics through the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice and the Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics (C.A.C.C.P.) Dr. Dimos is one of only two chiropractors in the entire state of New Hampshire to hold a CACCP designation, she is also certified in the Webster technique, which is exclusively for pregnant women. This technique offers a greater potential for optimal fetal positioning by balancing the mother's pelvic alignment to help improve nerve system function. Her contribution to furthering chiropractic research has resulted in one of her cases being published in the Journal of Pediatric, Maternal & Family Health – Chiropractic.
