Get to know Emergency Physician Dr. Quang Henderson, who serves patients in Houston, Texas.

Dr. Henderson is a board-certified and licensed emergency physician with over 20 years of experience in using ketamine. He serves as the Co-Founder & Medical Director of MindScape Ketamine & Infusion Therapy, PLLC in Houston, Texas. 

Established in 2018, MindScape Ketamine & Infusion Therapy, PLLC has set as their goal to provide customized ketamine therapy as an innovative technique of treating anxiety disorders and depression while ensuring that the physical, mental, and emotional needs of their patients are taken care of and that the therapy is affordable. It was launched with the promise to compassionately and expertly deliver Concierge IV Ketamine Therapy as an affordable way to help with mood disorders, TRD, and chronic pain conditions.

In regards to his educational background, Dr. Henderson graduated with his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Texas A&M University in 1992. He then went on to earn his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 1996, after which he completed his residency in emergency medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 1999.

Knowledgeable in his field, the doctor is board-certified in emergency medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM). The ABEM is one of 24 medical specialty certification boards recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties.

Since November of 2018, Dr. Henderson has also been serving as an attending physician at SignatureCare Emergency Center.

Emergency medicine, also known as accident and emergency medicine, is the medical specialty concerned with the care of illnesses or injuries requiring immediate medical attention. An emergency physician works in an emergency department to care for acutely ill or injured patients on an unscheduled basis.
