Get to know Physiatrist Dr. Richard P. Bonfiglio, who serves patients in Export, Pennsylvania.

A seasoned physiatrist, Dr. Bonfiglio helps patients to recuperate from injury or disease to enjoy a higher quality of life. He is currently in private practice in Export, Pennsylvania.

In his 40+ years of professional experience, he is licensed to practice medicine in many states, including Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Florida, North Carolina, and Michigan. 

A 1978 graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Dr. Bonfiglio went on to perform his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Following his training, the doctor attained board certification through the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (ABPMR). The mission of the ABPMR is to serve the public by improving the quality of patient care in physical medicine and rehabilitation. This is accomplished through a process of certification and maintenance of certification that fosters excellence and encourages continuous learning.

In order to stay up to date in his field, Dr. Bonfiglio remains an active member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
